Founding Partner pricing
Founding Partner prices are for my first ten clients. If you pay a Founding Partner price, you agree to give an honest testimonial within 30 days after the work is delivered and to let me list your company as a client. There's no requirement as to what the testimonial says, and I won't ask you to change it. You can review it before it's published to correct facts and remove confidential information, and published testimonials say that Founding Partner pricing was used. Multi-week engagements have further commitments, set out in their written agreement.
Payment
Sessions and hour blocks are paid in advance through Stripe or by invoice. There's no card surcharge.
You can reschedule free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations and no-shows use the session or block. If the company needs to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
Each 4- or 8-hour block is one continuous appointment.
Warranty
I'll do the work diligently and in good faith, with the skill and care professionals ordinarily use for similar work. Sessions are advisory and educational. I don't give legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, I don't certify AI systems or guarantee their outputs, and I don't promise any particular result, such as a level of accuracy, savings or revenue. Fees don't depend on results.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY ABOVE, THE SERVICES AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AND APPLIED VERIFICATION LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ACCURACY.
Limitation of liability
NEITHER OF US IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA. APPLIED VERIFICATION LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY SESSION OR BLOCK IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID FOR IT. THESE LIMITS DON'T APPLY TO PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS OR TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR FRAUD.
Confidentiality
The company keeps what you share confidential.
Engagements and questions
Projects and ongoing engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
