- Pinpoint what’s slowing your team’s testing and improvement cycle
Your team leaves with documented evaluation designs, clear quality measures, and a prioritized plan for putting them into day-to-day development.

Ongoing advisory
For teams with someone leading the work who wants an experienced advisor to consult.
- A 60-minute session every two weeks: Q&A on one or two topics, with a written recap.
- Access Monday–Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET by email, Slack, or Teams. Replies typically the same day; next day guaranteed.

Before we begin
Terms
- Every engagement starts with a written quote and a services agreement.
- Monthly fees are invoiced in advance. Payment is by ACH or wire within 15 days.
- Your data stays in your systems where possible. You own your evaluation data and reports; I keep my tooling and license it to you.
- I report measurements, label estimates as assumptions, and don’t certify AI systems. No resale or vendor referral fees.
